Order Cancelation

If you need to cancel an order, please do so at the earliest by emailing us at info@corazonncosmetics.com.

  • Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process a full refund back to the original mode of payment.
  • After Shipping: If the cancellation request is received after the product has been shipped, the order cannot be stopped, and no refund will be processed.

Returns & Refund Policy (No Returns/Refunds on Used Goods)

In accordance with global standards for the retail fragrance industry and for hygiene and safety, Corazonn Cosmetics is unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, tried, or used.

Exchanges (Only for Damaged/Defective Products)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. If your product is damaged, send an email with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to info@corazonncosmetics.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. An exchange is subject to verification and approval by the Corazonn Cosmetics team.
  3. If an exchange is approved, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the defective item to our registered address in Indore. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
