Corazonn (Spanish for ‘Heart’) is built on the philosophy of passion and confidence, empowering you to Dare to Desire. We specialize in long-lasting, high-concentration Eau De Parfum (EDP) scents crafted for the modern Indian spirit.
We are a proud Indian business with our principal operations located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
As an EDP, our fragrances are designed for longevity. While skin chemistry varies, you can generally expect the scent to last between 6 to 8 hours with a strong and noticeable projection.
To ensure the quality and shelf life of your fragrance, always store the bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, or excessive humidity (like a bathroom cabinet).
We accept all major payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), UPI, Net Banking, and various digital wallets through our secure WooCommerce payment gateway.
You must email us at info@corazonncosmetics.com as soon as possible. We offer a full refund only if the cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping, Delivery & Exchange
Your order will typically be delivered within 2 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. We only ship domestically within India.
We partner with reputed domestic courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, or other trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
No. Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of the fragrance industry, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, tried, or used. All sales are final once the product seal is broken.
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must email us at info@corazonncosmetics.com with clear photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving the product. If approved, you will ship the damaged item back for an exchange.
